Job Description
Job purpose
Support the Marketing and Communications team by creating engaging visual and multimedia content for digital, print, and internal communication platforms.
Key functions:
Design marketing and communication materials such as posters, flyers, banners, infographics, presentations, and social media creatives
Assist with layout and design for print and digital publications
Ensure all designs align with the organization’s brand guidelines
Assist in creating and editing short videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics
Support photography and videography for events, campaigns, and internal activities
Assist with basic video editing, sound, and visual enhancement
Create visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Assist in preparing multimedia content for websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns
Support content scheduling and platform optimization
Maintain an organized digital asset library
Assist with brainstorming creative concepts and campaign ideas
Provide general support to the Marketing and Communications team as required
Job Requirements
A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Graphic design, Multimedia design, Visual communication and Digital Media
Required Competencies:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organization al skills
Other requirements:
Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years.
South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6.
No working experience required.
