Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Unit.
Key functions:
- To assist with recruitment administration, including shortlisting coordination, interview scheduling and preparation of recruitment documentation
- To support the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Maintain, update, and file employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies
- Assist with the administration of training initiatives, skills development records, and related documentation.
- Support employee relations activities and assist with ensuring HR compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.
- Assist with HR data capturing, updating of HR systems and the compiling of basic HR reports.
- Perform general HR administrative duties as required by the HR unit.
A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Law.

Other requirements:
- Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years.
- South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6.
- No working experience required.
