Job Description
Job purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the Assessment Domain in the implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of assessment processes related to External Integrated Summative Assessments (EISA), Final Integrated Summative Assessments (FISA), assessment standards, assessment instruments, and assessment results, in line with QCTO policies and procedures.
Key functions:
Assist with capturing, tracking, and filing of assessment related documentation (EISA/FISA).
Support the processing of learner registration data and assessment results data.
Maintain accurate records and registers in line with QCTO requirements.
Assist with administrative preparation for QP EISA readiness activities.
Support coordination of post-EISA activities (Marking and Moderation monitoring, script validation, Post EISA Monitoring).
Assist in checking completeness and accuracy of learner achievements submissions from QPs and SDPs, and follow-ups.
Assist in checking completeness and accuracy of QASA, FISA Standards, and instruments submissions from QPs and SDPs, and follow-ups.
Capture and update assessment data on internal systems and spreadsheets.
Assist with administrative preparation for QP EISA readiness activities.
Support adherence to QCTO assessment policies, turnaround times, and procedures.

Job Requirements
A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Education, Curriculum Development, Social Sciences, Quality Management or Data Analytics fields
Required Competencies:
Basic understanding of assessment or education systems (advantageous)
Ability to work with data, documents, and records
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and instructions
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment
Ability to work under supervision and within a team
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Professional conduct when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Other requirements:
Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years.
South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6.
No working experience required.
